ØURSPACE return to Kuukou Records with ‘Persistence’, landing on the label with the kind of tight, rolling techno built for rooms that like their grooves locked in and their synths slightly unhinged.

The Italian duo have already been busy across Dense & Pika’s Kneaded Pains, Jeton Records and their own Audio Elite Records, shaping a sound that sits nicely between pressure and play. This new two-tracker keeps that balance in check.

‘Persistence’ opens things up with a sharp percussive drive, muffled snares, bongos and big 90s-leaning synth work pushing through the middle. It is firm, focused and made for that point in the night when the floor has stopped chatting.

But today we are on ‘Yeah!’, ØURSPACE’s track that twists the release into a more playful, livewire space. The percussion is textured, the groove stays tight, and that filtered synth line keeps bending and shifting like it has been let loose in the booth.

There is proper movement in this one. No wasted drama, no overcooked breakdowns, just a lean techno cut with enough bite for warehouses, basements and those heads-down festival moments.
