Detlef returns to his own ISSUES with his ‘FADED’ EP

Detlef returns to his own ISSUES imprint on 24th April with the three-track FADED EP, and we’re premiering ‘Under Control’ right here on Data Transmission.

If you’ve spent any time in a sweaty terrace set or late-night warehouse over the last few years, you’ll know Detlef’s name already. The Greek favourite has built a serious catalogue across Hot Creations, Solid Grooves and Moon Harbour, while his anthem ‘Swagon’ lit up dancefloors worldwide, racking up over 12 million Spotify streams and landing the Beatport top spot. Add Paradise residency duties at DC-10 and support from Jamie Jones, Marco Carola and Pete Tong, and the picture gets pretty clear.

‘Under Control’ is built exactly how you’d want it. Rolling drums, sharp percussion and a chunky bassline that wastes no time getting to work. The vocal hook keeps things locked while the groove does the heavy lifting, sitting somewhere between peak-time club pressure and terrace-ready bounce.

Another strong statement from ISSUES, and one that feels built for those hands-in-the-air moments when the lights stay low and nobody’s heading home yet.
