MJK takes center stage on the inaugural release in Luke Una’s new series of original productions for É Soul Cultura, launched in partnership with Mr Bongo.
The release pairs two tracks that showcase different sides of the Ghanaian-British producer’s sound. On ‘Keep On Livin’’, MJK joins forces with UK garage figure Zed Bias for a driving club cut that blends bass-heavy rhythms, techno influences, and soul-infused textures. The track emerged from a studio collaboration that connects both artists’ distinct musical backgrounds while remaining firmly aimed at the dancefloor.
On the flip side, MJK steps out solo on ‘Late To Camberwell’, exploring deeper territory through layered percussion, rolling grooves, and understated house sensibilities. The track reflects the producer’s approach to DJing and production, drawing on influences from across bass music, grime, house, and techno.
